The ambition of „artisan logiciel“ is an approach that is radically opposed to the one that is often to be experienced in this area at the time being (and most of time suffered/endured by the customer).


Who didn’t experience , as he ordered of a customised software (for his particular needs), that he had no exact view about the functions and ergonomy he will obtain, he had no clue about the delays for his first delivery,he didn’t „see“ actually the person in charge of the development he delegated, he suffered a chaotic installation, he couldn’t easily check that he received all what he initially expected, he was not accompagnied in the first period of ramp up, and didn’t have additional support until the software or tool was fully integrated in his process. Adapted Tuition and Documentation to get acquainted to the new product were simply not there.


For us, this is all but a fatality, and this does not have to happen. We want to warranty the opposite to our customers. The elaboration, the delivery and the adoption by the customer of a software is a process that must be accompagnied from the supplier, all along the project. The customer doesn’t have to be „left alone“ with his software package.

More than that, a software delivery is not only "object code and that is it"…
