For the services that are in Regie, the project take place on site (unless otherwise stated by the customer).
In any case, the follow up is ensured through regular „face-to-face“ meeting.
Validations are on this mode also and, most of the time, there is a demonstration at the same time.
At the begining of the project, the involved persons, on both sides, are designed and explicitly mentionned in the contract. There is no change of stakeplayer during the project (unless for a fully justified reason).
The list of end users of the delivered system is settled at the begining of the project and those persons are known by the supplier and met from the begining of the project.
The list of persons who are involved in the validation of the product/project is settled from the begining.
The whole project is performed, all along the operation, in a spirit of mutual fairness, simpathy and honnesty.
The general roadmap of the development of a product follows this overall scheme :
- Getting acquainted together
- Financial proposal in a pre-settled delay
- Contract elaboration and signature
- Roadmap elaboration and validation
- Specifications redaction and validation

- First presentation of the product
- Subsequent testing until a sufficient level of liability

The steps where the customer will have to take part (validation/test steps) are designated from the begining oft he project.
